Learn Farmview’s step-by-step process of making sausage blends, working with different types of casings, cooking methods and more.
You will take home 2 lbs. of sausage and learn the basics of sausage-making in an intimate setting. Led by Farmview Butcher, Glen Wellman, you will leave with skills you can use in your own kitchen. This class will be held in the butcher area, which is kept at a very cold temperature. Please plan to dress in layers, including hat and thick socks.
