The Gift of Yoga Gala

07:30 pm - 12/06/2018

@ Casablanca Banquet

631 N Main St, # 113
Alpharetta GA  30009

As you know, the Little Yogis is a program wherein children can practice kindness to their bodies’ with movement, to their minds with joyful thoughts, and to each other with encouragement. We want them to understand compassion, all while having fun.

In order to take this program to schools that lack the funding and resources to offer enrichment classes to their students, we are hosting our very first Gala! Our “Gift of Yoga Gala” will take place December 6, 2018 at 7:30pm to 11pm at 631 Main St. #113, Alpharetta, 30009. This event will raise money to provide The Little Yogis program to such schools.

Please purchase your tickets or donate through the link below.
There are different tiers of donations which also uploaded to the page, but not limited to those suggestions.

The Little Yogis program is an excellent gift to all children because our focus is to teach children that it is fun to be mindful and physically active, to be kind, to be respectful, and to move. We, not only concentrate on teaching the children yoga poses, but we also want to instill in them the character traits that accompanies the practice of yoga. Do you remember all the extra-curricular classes, sports, and other fun outlets that you had the opportunity to be a part of, that enhanced your life as a child?

It is wonderful to witness children mastering tree pose, but it is profound when they can take that same balance that they have learned into their everyday life. It is wonderful to see children obtaining physical strength from their yoga practice, but the greatest reward is watching that physical strength transform into a child and become bravery, kindness to their self and others, the belief that anything is possible, the understanding of gratitude, the appreciation and enjoyment of a moment to be still and rest. The Little Yogis program also provides the element of that magical playfulness which children need to explore and adults need to relearn. It is the element that allows a balance between constructive and free movement, dialect and mindful crafts that evokes their imagination, curiosity, creativity, and wanting to think for themselves. The Little Yogis program will evolve the way children learn and behave in school and the world. Peace of mind, fun, love, learning, creative movement are the greatest gifts to ever be given and this is what’s comprised in the Little Yogis enrichment program.

Our goal is to raise $20,000 dollars. We are currently looking for amazing individuals, like yourself, who believe in this program that would be willing to help us reach this goal.

Thanks for your participation. Namaste`
